YBX3系列高效率隔爆型三相异步电动机是YB3系列的更新换代产品。本系列电动机具有高效节能、温升裕度大、体积小、重量轻、外形美观、运行可靠、性能好、噪声低、振动小、使用维护方便的优点。本系列电动机的效率指标符合GB18613-2012《中小型三相异步电动机能效限定值及能效等级》电动机能效2级,其功率等级、安装尺寸符合IEC的标准并与YB3系列电机相同。 本系列电动机的的防爆性能符合GB3836.1-2010《爆炸性环境 第1部分:通用要求》和 GB3836.2-2010 《爆炸性环境 第2部分:由隔爆外壳“d”保护的设备 》标准的规定,分别制成隔爆型ExdⅠ Mb、ExdⅡAT4 Gb、ExdⅡBT4 Gb、ExdⅡCT4 Gb , 适用于煤矿井下(非采掘工作面)及工厂ⅡA、ⅡB、ⅡC级,温度组分别为T1~T4的爆炸性气体环境的危险场所。 在YB3电动机的基础上,也可以制成YB3-W户外型、YB3-TH户内湿热型、YB3-WTH户外湿热型、YB3-WT户外热带型及YB3-WF1户外中等防腐蚀气候环境。
